1. Overview

Evolve Coalition™ operates as a commercial business-to-business (B2B) enterprise platform serving corporations, small businesses, and nonprofit organization clients. We provide commercial industry resources, corporate platform access, and enterprise network analytics through this Site.

All online commercial transactions, including user registration fees, network access payments, and corporate sponsorship billing, are processed through our technology partner FocusedAgility using Stripe for secure merchant payment processing.

Payment tokenization is handled by secure third-party providers using industry-standard enterprise encryption protocols. Evolve Coalition™ does not directly store full corporate payment card numbers or business bank account details.

We reserve the right to verify, delay, or decline corporate client orders, payments, or platform access registrations that appear inconsistent with commercial fraud prevention or security policies.

4. Platform Access, LMS & Training Resources

Evolve Coalition™ hosts a member Learning Management System (LMS) designed to deliver specialized training data, modules, and informational curricula. Registered member firms and nonprofit organizations are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access this LMS data. Client organizations may utilize and distribute this training data internally strictly for their own employees, volunteers, internal personnel, and direct organizational missions. This operational license automatically expires immediately upon account expiration or termination. Redistribution, white-labeling, or resale of LMS assets to external third parties or unaffiliated networks is strictly prohibited. Evolve Coalition™ makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of LMS material, and disclaims all liability for real-world operational outcomes or field consequences resulting from how your personnel apply this training within your organization's mission.

You explicitly acknowledge that any relationship, transaction, commitment, or interaction established between a business client and a nonprofit organization client on this platform is strictly a bilateral arrangement between those independent entities. Evolve Coalition™ is not a party to, nor a broker, agent, guarantor, or supervisor of, any interparty agreement, volunteer placement, or funding transaction. Users explicitly acknowledge that all financial processing is managed by independent third-party vendors (FocusedAgility and Stripe). Evolve Coalition™ maintains no database control over these third parties and explicitly disclaims all liability for transaction exploits, payment errors, or server security breaches occurring inside external payment processor ecosystems.
